On Wednesday, March 24, and Wednesday, March 31, from 7:30-9:00 pm, we will be hosting Mark Friedrich as he talks with us about Team Building Through a Pandemic
Team Building Through a Pandemic highlights the value of Connection Before Content through the use of virtual Team Building & Adventure Education Activities. Participants will learn valuable practices and favorite activities that promote social skills, cooperation, problem solving and most importantly connection in a virtual setting. Activities learned in this presentation can instantly be applied in the classroom by participants. (Suitable for ALL Grade Levels)
Our presenter for both evenings is Mark Friedrich. Mark is a veteran teacher of 26 years and a National Presenter of Adventure Education Concepts and Activities. Mark has taught both Elementary and High School levels, but finds his passion in Adventure Education at Millburn High School. Mark is a passionate educator who enjoys sharing his activities and ideas with his PLN. Mark is the NJAHPERD 2016 Secondary PE TOY and a member of the NJAHPERD Executive Board. Mark is the 2021 SHAPE America Joy of Effort Award Recipient and will be presenting at the 2021 SHAPE America National Virtual Convention in April. In addition to SHAPE America, Mark is presenting virtually in Arizona, Delaware, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Montana, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin & Wyoming this Spring. Mark is married with 3 children and resides in Maplewood, NJ.
