Exemplary Program Hall of Fame – North Dakota Society of Health and Physical Educators

Awarded to a school, group or organization, which may or may not be members of the Association but who has contributed significantly to fields of health, physical education, recreation or dance. We have two levels for this award, K-12 Program, and the Higher Education Program. Please select the appropriate nomination form below (scroll down for Higher Education form.
