Featured Presenters

Brandon Wolff

An accomplished teacher, coach and educational leader in Kansas, Brandon was an IHT customer and advisor before joining IHT. He works closely with teachers, schools, and districts to maximize and expand their use of IHT. In 2014, Brandon was named the Kansas Middle School Teacher of the Year and 2015 SHAPE America Central District Middle School Teacher of the Year. In his free time, he shares time with his family and you can find him most weekends at a wedding or party, serving as a wedding officiant and professional DJ.

Sarah Gietschier-Hartman

Sarah Gietschier‑Hartman is an award-winning high school health and physical education teacher based in Clayton, Missouri. With degrees from the University of Kansas and Emporia State University, she is recognized nationally for her innovative approach to teaching, including standards-based instruction and authentic assessment. Named the 2018 SHAPE America National Middle School Physical Education Teacher of the Year and the 2024 Missouri SHAPE Health Teacher of the Year, and the 2025 Central District Health Teacher of the Year, she is also a key contributor to the professional development community through her work with PHYSEDagogy and the #PhysEdSummit. Sarah is a strong advocate for health literacy, student-centered learning, and using engaging methods—such as world games and creative analogies—to support student growth.

Scotty Williams

Scotty Williams is a nationally recognized physical education consultant, keynote speaker, and founder of Camp4Real, a revolutionary summer camp experience that blends physical activity, nutrition, empowerment, and student choice. A former PE Teacher of the Year and Dance Teacher of the Year, Scotty is known for transforming classrooms and camps into spaces where kids feel energized, connected, and confident.

He has presented in over 30 states and at the SHAPE America national conference for more than 10 years, delivering powerful keynotes and interactive workshops that inspire teachers to bring joy, movement, and authentic connection into their classrooms. His signature keynote, “We Have the PowEr,” ignites passion, resilience, and positivity—reminding teachers of the Power in Physical Education. Scotty is also a founding member of the danSIRS, a nationwide crew of male PE teachers who create and perform student-friendly dance routines. Their work is featured on the danSIRS YouTube channel, a popular resource that brings easy-to-teach, high-energy dances to PE classrooms across the country.

Lisa Smith

Lisa Smith is a Secondary Physical Education and DAPE Teacher at Proctor Public Schools in Proctor, Minnesota, and the most recent SHAPE America National High School PE Teacher of the Year! She was the 2017 MNSHAPE High School Physical Education TOY, past president for both MNSHAPE and Cnetral District SHAPE America. Lisa received her bachelor’s degrees from Winona State University and did her Master’s work at the University of Northern Iowa. Lisa’s professional values place focus on inclusive strategies, the new standards and elevating understanding of the needs of all our students. When she isn’t teaching or presenting at conferences, her passions include coaching, DIY projects, spending quality time with friends and family, and traveling around the world looking for the best places to put her toes in the sand.
