Exhibitors will have the chance to engage with attendees, share innovative resources, and gain valuable visibility within the field. Whether you are a for-profit business looking to make an impact with a nominal participation fee or a non-profit wanting to contribute while fostering connections, we have options tailored just for you.

Even if you cannot attend in person, your materials can still reach attendees through our conference bags for a small fee. Don’t miss this chance to be part of a vibrant event that champions professional growth and collaboration in health and physical education. We can’t wait to welcome you to Simle Middle School, where together we will inspire the next generation of educators.

We  invite you to join us as an exhibitor.  Our conference will be held at Liberty Middle School 801 36th Avenue East West Fargo ND 58078.  We have a few options for you to choose your participation level below:

For profit business: $50 fee or donation of a door prize of equal or greater value, $100 fee or donation of equal value if you would like to present as well as have exhibit space 

Non-profit organization: no fee charged, but feel free to donate a door prize if exhibiting or presenting

Unable to attend but still want to share your information?  We will include your brochures or other information in our conference bags for a fee of $25.

Doors open for exhibit set up at 7:00 am on September 18, and exhibits close at 3:00 pm.
